Usually the professors' bar review jokes are horrible and I'm glad they're not live because no one laughs. But today was an exception, and I'll paraphrase it.

"My uncle was at Ellis Island and they gave him the one question admittance test. 'Do you advocate the overthrow of the US government using of force or violence?' He thought about it for a while, then said, 'Violence.' He still writes to us from the old country."

Not only was it funny, but it was relevant to evidence law (although he misplaced it within the material).
