Zillow.com
This is a great site. You can see the estimated market value of any house or an entire neighborhood. You can also see the recent sales prices. For example, the 5-plex I live in sold for $168k in 1995, $600k in 1998, and is now worth about $1.5M. It also says my Austin condo has gone up 42% since I bought it, 24% in the last year, and 6% in the last week.
